Custom and commercial equipment cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

To return an item purchased from FitnessScape.com, contact Customer Support or call (800) 749-5895 and we will issue a Return Authorization with instructions. Before signing for any curbside truck delivery, examine all packaging & items for signs of damage, if damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Contact immediately with defective or broken products so a return authorization number can be issued.

Returns due to product defect or errors will not incur any fees. For some Shipping Included items returned, we may deduct the cost of shipping from your refund unless it’s our fault; in which case we pay for all shipping and handling charges.

We reserve the right to determine undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is returned in poor condition, or if some parts are missing.
