If you wish to cancel an order we will attempt to stop the shipment. If the order has shipped, you may be responsible for a 20% handling fee and shipping charges from and to the vendor or FitnessScape even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. All credits are made within 30 days of merchandise return or cancellation authorization. All credits will be issued by company check and mailed via the US postal service. Under no circumstances orders for commercial gym equipment cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
