Lifting chains should only be used on Olympic Bars. Make sure the chains are free from all knots or similar conditions that could prevent chains from moving freely during your lifts. Never attach additional weight to the lifting chains. These lifting chains should not be used like traditional chains for pulling automobiles or to secure objects. Example: pulling cars or trucks or securing objects onto flatbeds etc. These lifting chains are designed for weightlifting only.
