FREE Shipping in the Contiguous United States on virtually every item! The majority of orders ship in 2 to 5 business days and are delivered in less than 1-2 weeks. Delivery for custom manufactured orders, (i.e. commercial exercise equipment), may take up to 4-12 weeks to ship. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, delays in production or unforeseen difficulties. Items do not ship on weekends. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex are delivered curbside. You will be contacted 24-48 hours before delivery so you can schedule a convenient drop-off time. Standard delivery of items that don’t ship UPS or Fed Ex are curbside; you will need to be prepared to unload the package when it arrives. If inside delivery arrangements were made at the time of order contact Customer Support to make delivery arrangements.

Additional charges may apply to some deliveries, even if free delivery or Shipping Included in the Contiguous United States is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict &/or obstruct delivery.
Large custom orders for free weights and commercial gym equipment, may incur additional shipping charges on the basis of weight and size of the item. These charges may be different than what you receive in your confirmation e-mail. All insurance and handling fees will be added to the cost of shipping.
