The Legend 3224 Leg Press / Hack Squat is updated and improved for 2009, it allows Gym Owners Two of the most popular Leg Exercise Machines in the footprint of One Weight Machine. The Legend 3224 Leg Press / Hack Squat allows Switching from the Two Exercises by simpley removing the footplate and seat back of the Angle Press to use the Hack Squat. Seat back/footplate is adjustable for angle, but a 90 degree is advised when using the Hack Squat. The Legend 3224 Leg Press / Hack Squat is Fully Welded from 3 x 3 and 2 x 4-inch Box Tubing, so this machine is as Rigid as possible with No Bolts NO Mantainance.
