The Press Station Armature and the back pad have adjustable starting points to perform Bench Presses, Incline Bench Presses and Shoulder Presses.
A High Pulley Station to perform Lat Pulldowns and Tricep Pushdowns has an adjustable seat to accommodate users of various sizes.

The Sides of the High Pulley Station are equipped with Patented, Adjustable, one-of-a-kind Dual Cable Arms.

When combined with the adjustable back seat you can execute Seated Cable Curls, Cable Flyes, Incline Cable Flyes, and Cable Presses that mimic Dumbbell Benching.
You can even implement Sports Specific movements for Golf, Baseball, Tennis and more.
The Family XPress Leg Press offers a 2:1 weight ratio for 400lbs of resistance that compliments the Leg Extension/Standing Leg Curl for complete leg development.
The Family XPress also includes a Cable Ab Crunch and a Low Pulley with Foot Plate for Cable Rows.
The Dual Weight Stacks are enclosed for aesthetics and added safety.
